restaurant-exteriorWe make our BBQ from fresh pork, beef, and chicken, slow cooked to perfection in our smoker. Some are slowly cooked for 24 hours. It’s smoked using hickory wood and dry rub just enough to compliment the flavor but not overpower it.

We serve BBQ flavored only with that wonderful smoke, you add your choice of sauce. That way you are not stuck with one style of BBQ. You choose your favorite!
